This workshop (on October 23th, 2025) seeked to consolidate know-how, EU & locally funded projects, initiatives and research existing in the Lombardy region on battery recycling and to build the case for getting the necessary support for its development.
It showcased what exists in the region, what has been achieved so far and debated what is needed for such consolidation and deployment.
The workshop was also an opportunity to engage with Lombardy citizens; by informing them about battery recycling and the benefits it can bring to their region.
